Prince Louis Arthur Charles of Cambridge was born on April 23, 2018 and is fifth in line to the throne. Last year his parents marked his second birthday by releasing a series of photographs of Louis becoming acquainted with bright rainbow paints. The pictures were taken by Kate during the initial stages of lockdown in Britain, when the family was isolating at their country manor of Anmer hall in Norfolk. The Cambridges recently returned from Norfolk to Apartment 1A at Kensington Palace in London ahead of Prince George and Princess Charlotte’s return to school after Easter vacation. According to reports, Kate was spotted taking George and Charlotte shopping on Monday, with one witness saying that the children had each been given a budget and that they could buy what they wanted with their own money. The excursion on Kings Road in London came two days after the funeral of the kids’ great-grandfather, Prince Philip, at Windsor Castle.
