The 43-year-old actor shared a couple of cheeky pictures from his recent at-sea adventure on Oct. 24 via Instagram, and fans are certain that he’s quite the catch. In the 10 images shared by Aquaman himself, the actor can be seen enjoying a day cruising on the sea with some close pals. But as viewers scrolled through the series of snaps, many noticed that Momoa was quick to strip on his trip. The first few photos feature Momoa showing off a bottle of Mananalu water, his brand of sustainable disposable water bottles, an incredible rainbow the group saw as they headed to their fishing spot, and some snaps of Momoa’s “Ohana”–which means family. But in the images following, Momoa seems to lose an article of clothing in each snap. First, his shirt and then his shorts, which left the actor in nothing but a loincloth. Despite losing nearly all of his clothes, Momoa looked to have a pretty successful trip. The actor noted in the caption that the crew helped them catch enough fish to keep them full all week! “rainbows in my @mananalu.water sunday funday. amazing time with da ohana. big mahalo to captain hopper and J for helping us catch some aku. dried aku all week. cheeehuuu @brianandrewmendoza @love_cycles @monamabel cliff @kahookahi @mananalu.water aloha j,” he wrote. Fans were less impressed by Momoa’s fishing capabilities than they were by his physique. Professional free surfer, Strider Rasberry Wasilewski, praised the actor’s form in the comments, “Damn bro looking ripped 🙌🔥🙌.” “Love it…I thought Aquaman loved fish 🤣🤣🤣” wrote Irish actor Timothy V.
