The Grey’s Anatomy lead absolutely sparkled as she joined fellow castmates James Pickens Jr., Kelly McCreary, Caterina Scorsone, Chandra Wilson, Camila Luddington, and Jake Borelli for a few photos as they arrived at this year’s event. Pompeo stunned in a bejeweled jumpsuit featuring vertical stripes in shades of red and blue, with the top and bottom halves defined by a single horizontal strip of red. The sleeves both featured nearly arm-length slits, as did the sides above the belt. Her nails were painted red and a pair of blue pumps peeked out just under her pant legs, with a large pair of hoop earrings and several rings to accessorize. Clearly, the rest of the cast got the memo—except, perhaps, for Pickens Jr.—as they all showed up in varying tones of red or blue. The former Chief Webber, for his part, showed up in a classic black suit, but if we’re being honest, it feels pretty in character. Frazer Harrison/Getty Images McCreary was dressed to kill in a maroon sequined dress that ended in a layer of fringe, her lipstick perfectly matched to the shade. Frazer Harrison/Getty Images Scorsone wore a bright red dress with a lacey, glittering overlay and a seasonally-festive tie, her lipstick also seemingly the exact same shade. Wilson wore a dark red velvet jacket and matching pants with a white top underneath, her lipstick almost appearing ombre to match the different tones of the light hitting the velvet. Luddington wore a color-blocked dress in black and red with chunky black buttons running diagonally across the red panel, shoulder pads giving the top an almost square appearance. She, too, rocked a bold red lip. Finally, Borelli, who plays Dr. Levi Schmitt, went with navy for his suit, a subtle boutonniere placed to match on his lapel. Pompeo is nominated for The Female Star of 2022 and The Drama TV Star of 2022, while Grey’s is nominated for both The Show of 2022 and The Drama Show of 2022. It was an exciting moment to see the group together again so soon after Pompeo’s exit as a series regular, and looking like the picture-perfect family, to boot! Do you think they called each other to coordinate ahead of time?
